Appropriate additional funds of $204,484.  No County funds/match required.

BACKGROUND

Currently there is no adult sexual assault program or service provider in either Gaston or Lincoln County. Phoenix Counseling Center will implement a Sexual Assault/Rape Crisis Center program and will provide all core services for victims in both counties. Gaston County will serve as the fiscal agent for the grant funds and provide programmatic and financial oversight and reporting.
