BACKGROUND
Through the Coronavirus Relief Fund, the CARES Act provides for payments to state, local, and tribal governments navigating the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. Gaston County received CARES Act Federal funds (Provide Relief Funds) in the amount of $10,380.09 which were direct funds for patient transport revenue and therefore allocated 100% to GEMS.
