BACKGROUND

Replacement of GEMS Monitors/Defibrillators and CPR devices were approved with the adoption of the FY 21/22 Budget Ordinance.

A legal ad was posted in The Gazette on September 24, 2021 as an affirmative step to solicit quotes and bid requests were sent to 4 potential bidders.  One addenda was issued.

Bids were received and publicly opened on October 8, 2021 from two (2) bidders (Styker and Zoll).  Zoll bid is considered non-responsive since it was not signed; bidders were cautioned that unsigned bids could not be accepted.
