In October 2024, NCDOT reviewed the Transportation Advisory Board By-Laws, therefore recommending updates.

Updates are as follows:

Transportation Advisory Board By-Laws: this document has not been approved by Board of Commissioners in the past.

The newly revised By-Laws have been reviewed by NCDOT-IMD in December 2024 and now must be approved by the Board of Commissioners based on NCDOT policy.
