BACKGROUND

County Plat Review Officers need to be appointed by the Board of Commissioners through a Resolution. Plat Review Officers are required to expeditiously review each map or plat submitted to the County to ensure that it complies with all statutory requirements for recording. No officers are being added or removed; this is a request to formally change Shelby’s last name from Barkley to Harris.
