BACKGROUND
At the April 16, 2026 Fire Commission Meeting a Certificate of Need (CON) was presented on behalf of all VFDs within the Unified Fire District for the purchase of 500 Motorola PMNN4486A Portable Radio Batteries in the amount of $75,590.00. This purchase is to replace depleted/drained batteries in the VFDs. The Fire Commission approved the Certificate of Need (CON) for $75,590.00.
