BACKGROUND

Gaston County recognizes and appreciates the selfless and sacrificial service of America’s military veterans, and seeks to honor and assist its American military veterans, recognizing that some have been wounded during their service to the United States and the American people.

Article I, Section 16-4 of the Gaston County Code of Ordinances authorizes the County Manager to designate parking spaces for specific individuals as the County Manager deems appropriate.
