BACKGROUND

The BCR appropriates funds for the previously Board-approved Site Development Grant for Hans Kissle. Resolution 2022-118 adopted 04/26/2022. The remittance period begins upon completion of construction and issue of Certificate of Occupancy. Due to the timing of the budget process and completion of goals included in the incentive grant, funds were not included in the FY25 adopted budget and are therefore being appropriated in this Board Action.
