BACKGROUND
Improve security at South Point Access Park through modifications to an existing fence and installation of a new fence:
Modify the existing fence surrounding Shelter #2 and the swim beach so that it encloses only the swim-beach. This modification will allow the swim-beach to be secured and closed during the off-season and as needed during the in-season, while maintaining full public access to Shelter #2.
Install a new fence around the maintenance building to enhance security for the building, as well as the trailer and maintenance vehicles used to support park operations.
