Increase Federal Grant revenue by $10,000 and appropriate $10,000 to F/E>$5K.

BACKGROUND

Gaston County Emergency Medical Services received Grant funds from the North Carolina Emergency Management (NCEM).  These funds will be used for a cradle-point which is capable of providing internet and voice communications when responding to incidents in various locations. These units are easily transportable and can be used where internet or voice connectivity is not sufficient for the response.  These are Non-County funds.
