BACKGROUND
Pursuant to G.S. 105-369(a) we report uncollected real estate taxes for the fiscal year 2024 as attached and requested that the governing body order the Collector to use all available collection remedies to collect all delinquent taxes, including levy on personal property, garnishment of wages, and to publish in the Gaston Gazette at an approximate cost of $18,000.00.
