BACKGROUND

Funding was awarded by the NC Department of Public Instruction in 2018-2019 for a three-year after school program at H.H. Beam Elementary school to serve 150 at-risk students. The program sunsets 9/30/2021. This appropriation will reimburse the local education agencies (LEAs) for September expenses.
