BACKGROUND
The Gaston Meals on Wheels program is a critical nutrition and wellness program serving homebound older adults throughout Gaston County. Funding will help sustain meal delivery services amid rising food and transportation costs while addressing a current waitlist of more than 200 vulnerable seniors experiencing food insecurity, isolation, and financial hardship.
The period of performance is 07/01/26 - 06/30/27.
