BACKGROUND
At the September 18th, 2025 Fire Commission Meeting, Fire Chief Brent Gordon presented Certificate of Need 20259292-38 on behalf of Waco Fire Department for reimbursement for the purchase of flash upgrades for 35 radios to meet State TDMA requirement that went into effect 7/1/2025 in the amount of $18,659.90. Will Keller motioned to approve the Certificate of Need. The motion was seconded by Jamie Ramsey. None opposed. The motion was passed unanimously. (Smith, Weyeneth, Withers, Albaugh, Ramsey, Keller, Westbrook).
