BACKGROUND

The Workforce Development Board met on July 31, 2015 and approved the revised by-laws to reflect the language from Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998 to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014. The Workforce Development Board is submitting the attached by-laws for approval by the Board of Commissioners.
