BACKGROUND
This Board Action and Budget Change Request transfers $191,130 from the General Fund to the Capital Fund via the Community Investment Fund. The $191,130 was previously approved to be carried forward from FY23 to FY24. Due to the change in the County’s accounting structure, funds in these capital accounts (formerly in EMS department’s operating budget) now need to be transferred to the Capital Fund.
