BACKGROUND
The Gaston County Department of Health and Human Services - Public Health Division received additional Federal Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant funds passed through NC Division of Public Health to use for program participants incentives, staff travel, staff development, staff salaries and fringe benefits for those whose current salaries and/or fringe benefits are being supplemented with in-kind County funds, or staff salaries and fringe benefits to increase staff worktime under the program. The funds will be used for fringe benefits. These are Non-County funds.
